Dynamic Employment Services LLC manages the applicable work-authorisation, payroll and WPS administration. Where included, it also manages residence sponsorship administration. Relevant UAE authorities review applications and issue official documents.
Use the platform and ecosystem
Manage client records, supporting documents, invoices, payment status and service requests through Freelance Central, and access FreelancerHub, the Partner Network, community and events during the active membership term.

Dynamic Employment Services LLC
Operates Dynamic Freelancer, assesses suitability, enters into the applicable contractual and work-authorisation arrangement, manages work authorisation, payroll and WPS, and manages residence sponsorship where included.
Dynamic Freelancer ecosystem
Provides Freelance Central, FreelancerHub, member services, community, events and the support available under the selected membership.

Dynamic Freelancer or your own company
Dynamic Freelancer may suit
An eligible professional who provides services personally, wants a managed membership and work-authorisation structure, and does not need to own a separate legal entity.
A company may suit
Someone who needs a separate legal entity, shareholders, employees, company banking, wider trading activity or direct control over company administration.
The appropriate structure depends on the activity, clients, ownership plans, hiring needs, tax position, banking needs and residence circumstances. Obtain qualified legal, tax or corporate-structuring advice where required.
Important conditions before you proceed
Your payment is for the Dynamic Freelancer membership and the services included in your selected option. It is not a payment to purchase employment, a job, salary, government approval or an official document. Where required by the applicable UAE work-authorisation structure, Dynamic Employment Services LLC will be recorded as the legal employer and will manage the related statutory administration. This arrangement will be explained in the applicable onboarding documents before you proceed.
- A membership is not the purchase of a visa, work permit, residence permit, Emirates ID or other official document as a standalone product.
- The legal employment relationship begins only under the applicable signed documents and confirmed effective arrangements.
- Residence is included only in Freelancer Membership - 1 Year or Freelancer Membership - 2 Years and remains subject to authority requirements and approval.
- Members remain responsible for building their own client pipeline and following the applicable engagement process.
- Clients, assignments, income, invoice approval, payment and payment timing are not guaranteed.
- The written quotation, membership terms, employment documents, Privacy Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy govern the applicable arrangement.
Questions about how Dynamic Freelancer works
If your application is accepted, the applicable membership and work-authorisation arrangements will be documented with Dynamic Employment Services LLC. Where the approved route requires it, Dynamic Employment Services LLC will be recorded as the legal employer for statutory administration. Your membership payment is not a payment for a job, salary or guaranteed work.
