How Dynamic Freelancer membership works
Choose a membership based on whether you already hold suitable UAE residence or need residence included. If accepted, complete the applicable membership and employment onboarding, then manage your freelance administration through Freelance Central and access the wider Dynamic Freelancer ecosystem.
Dynamic Freelancer is operated by Dynamic Employment Services LLC. Eligibility, acceptance and authority approvals apply.

For eligible professionals who already hold suitable UAE residence, or eligible GCC nationals who do not require residence sponsorship. From AED 6,500 excluding VAT for the first year.

Complete the suitability review
We review the proposed activity and circumstances, then explain the relevant membership, requirements and confirmed pricing in writing.
Complete membership and employment onboarding
If accepted, sign the applicable membership and employment documents with Dynamic Employment Services LLC and provide the required information through the approved process.
Complete the applicable work and residence steps
Dynamic Employment Services LLC manages the applicable employment, work authorisation, payroll and WPS administration. Where included, it also manages residence sponsorship steps. The relevant authorities review and issue official documents.
Use the platform and ecosystem
Manage client records, supporting documents, invoices, payment status and service requests through Freelance Central, and access FreelancerHub, the Partner Network, community and events during the active membership term.
Membership acceptance, authority decisions, document issuance and timing depend on the applicant circumstances and applicable requirements. They are not guaranteed.

Dynamic Freelancer or your own company
Dynamic Freelancer may suit
An eligible professional who provides services personally, wants a managed membership and employment structure, and does not need to own a separate legal entity.
A company may suit
Someone who needs a separate legal entity, shareholders, employees, company banking, wider trading activity or direct control over company administration.
The appropriate structure depends on the activity, clients, ownership plans, hiring needs, tax position, banking needs and residence circumstances. Obtain qualified legal, tax or corporate-structuring advice where required.
Important conditions before you proceed
- A membership is not the purchase of a visa, work permit, residence permit, Emirates ID or other official document as a standalone product.
- The legal employment relationship begins only under the applicable signed documents and confirmed effective arrangements.
- Residence is included only in Freelancer Membership - 1 Year or Freelancer Membership - 2 Years and remains subject to authority requirements and approval.
- Members remain responsible for building their own client pipeline and following the applicable engagement process.
- Clients, assignments, income, invoice approval, payment and payment timing are not guaranteed.
- The written quotation, membership terms, employment documents, Privacy Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy govern the applicable arrangement.
Questions about how Dynamic Freelancer works
If you are accepted and the applicable documents take effect, Dynamic Employment Services LLC is your legal employer under that arrangement.
