Dynamic Freelancer is a privately owned company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government entity, ministry, or free zone authority in the UAE. We assist clients in preparing and submitting applications to the relevant government and free zone authorities, but final approval, issuance, and timelines for any permit, licence, or visa remain solely at the discretion of those authorities.

Dynamic Freelancer provides consultancy and administrative support services relating to UAE freelance permits, business setup, employment, and residency options, including document preparation, submission support, and related advisory services. The specific scope, fees, and deliverables for any engagement will be confirmed with you directly before work begins.

You must be legally entitled to enter into these Terms and to receive the Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when making an enquiry or booking, and you are responsible for promptly updating us if any of that information changes. Dynamic Freelancer is not responsible for delays, refusals, or additional costs arising from inaccurate or incomplete information you provide.

Fees for any Service will be communicated to you before you commit to an engagement. Fees may include our service charges as well as third-party costs such as government, typing centre, medical, or Emirates ID fees, which are payable in addition to our service charges unless otherwise stated in writing. Payment terms, instalments, and accepted payment methods will be set out in your quotation or invoice.

Cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review that policy before making a booking.

You agree to cooperate with reasonable requests for documents, signatures, or attendance (in person or via approved biometric typing centres) required to process your application, and to comply with all applicable UAE laws and regulations relating to your permit, licence, employment, or residency status.

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Dynamic Freelancer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Website without our prior written consent.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, including payment providers, social media platforms, and partner organisations. Dynamic Freelancer does not control and is not responsible for the content or practices of any linked third-party site.

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Dynamic Freelancer's liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the fees you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for delays or decisions made by government or free zone authorities that are outside our control.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Website or an ongoing engagement if you breach these Terms, provide false information, or if required to do so by law or by a relevant authority.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
