Important pricing information

What your payment covers

Your payment covers the Dynamic Freelancer membership and the services included in your selected option. Depending on the applicable work-authorisation route, onboarding may also require formal documentation with Dynamic Employment Services LLC. Any such arrangement will be clearly explained before you sign the relevant documents.

Where required by the applicable UAE work-authorisation structure, Dynamic Employment Services LLC will be recorded as the legal employer and will manage the related statutory administration. This legal arrangement does not mean that the member is purchasing a job, salary or employment service, and Dynamic Freelancer does not guarantee clients, assignments, work or income.

Your payment covers the Dynamic Freelancer membership and the services expressly listed for your selected option. It is not a payment to purchase employment, a job, salary, government approval or an official document.

Eligibility and approval

Membership acceptance depends on your circumstances, professional activity and required documents. Relevant UAE authorities decide whether official documents are approved and issued. Approval and timing are not guaranteed.

Additional charges

Any service or charge not expressly listed in your written quotation is excluded. Before payment, we will confirm which government, insurance and third-party charges are included and which are payable separately.

Contractual and work-authorisation arrangement

If accepted, you will complete your membership onboarding and any documentation required for the applicable work-authorisation arrangement with Dynamic Employment Services LLC, which becomes your legal employer under the applicable arrangement.

Refunds and cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on the service stage and the applicable terms. Review the Terms of Service and Refund and Cancellation Policy before payment.

Membership pricing questions

Every membership includes Freelance Central, FreelancerHub, access to the Partner Network, community and events, applicable onboarding and work-authorisation administration, and 24/7 member support. Specific services remain subject to your membership terms.
